I am going to open a new account with Smarty Pig. I love this bank and wanted to tell you about it. Here are the steps:
1) Open an account with at least $25 for free It is FDIC insured.
2) Set a goal of at least $250 or up to $250,000. Are you saving for a house? Car? TV? What about a vacation?
3) Use the calculator to figure out how much you need to save each month to reach your goal on time. They will give you various options to reach that goal.
4) Must have a recurring monthly "saving" deposit of at least $10 a month. This insures you are working towards your goal.
5)Contribution options and also social media options.
6)You can publicize your goal via Facebook, etc (keeping your private information private ) and family and friends can use your email to help you reach it. Birthdays, Holidays, etc and they can give you the gift of assisting you.

Bank Offer for Costco Members

If you have a Costco membership you can get a bonus when you open a Sharebuilder account and make an automatic investment. You can either get a $90 Account Bonus (for Executive Members) or a $70 Account Bonus (for Gold Star and Business Members). Go here to check it out. Remeber to read all the terms and conditions.  I am starting to post some more ways to make a few extra bucks. One of those ways are to open new checking accounts. Usually it does not take a lot, however you should always read the terms and conditions. This week I have for you an extra $50 if you sign up for this bank offer(Perkstreet Financial). This is what the website says:
