Cut and Highlights for $21 dollars

 I was sooo excited about this deal!! I just got a new haircut

and highlights for $21 dollars!! Never in my life have a paid

 so little for  highlights and cut. So how did I do it? Well I

actually went to the school where students get their

cosmetology liscense. I actually knew the girl doing my

 hair. I think she did great. (Thanks Laura!!)Don't be

scared to go to these places. I don't think I will go

back to paying $100 dollars on my hair. I am hooked.

They also do nails, facials, and pedicures. There is

a coupon in the mint magazine for $15 dollar foil

highlights. If you live in Jacksonville go to the North

Florida Institute.

*I also pay $25 dollars for a massage at

Hetitage Institute. They even take HSA.
